Understanding Men, for better personal, intimate and social relations.
Hello and welcome If you are a woman conflicted, confused, or irritated by the men in your personal, social or work life, and it is going on now, was in the past - or for your future, this unique audio CD set was created for you. I will be speaking directly to you in all of these recordings. These audio recordings are about your interpersonal relationships as well as your friends' relationships with men. I describe some types of men to avoid completely. To help you, I offer some unique ideas you've likely never heard before. I have brought together my extensive training in psychology, medicine, and from my psychotherapy and psychoanalytic practice, to give you a dissection of what is going on inside the minds of men, both consciously and unconsciously, and what makes them act as they do. I present this understanding to you to help you see men through a different and more useful lens. There are some profiles of certain kinds of men that can improve your relationships with them. With some men, they help you to see that you have to avoid them completely. Understanding MenI tell you why men behave in certain ways, not just how men behave. Likely, you have read the books about how men behave - not why they are this way. These books do not teach you about understanding men, they teach you about observing men. On Disc 1, I talk about “Mr. Puts-You-Down” and the “Subservient Man”, plus I start to describe how men and women use “different languages,” from childhood through to adulthood. I answer two questions often asked of me. Read More Disc 2 includes a man whom I call “Mr. Magnificent,” the narcissistic man, and I tell you why opposites seem to attract opposites. I discuss “Mr. Shy”. He can be changed. A woman asked me what can she do about this kind of man. Then, there is more about male language. I go on to the angry/rejected man. And his sometimes extreme reactions. Read More Disc 3 on understanding men discusses the underlying issues of the “extremely jealous man” and what this might really mean. I discuss why you should reject a request for anal sex from men and what underlies this request, unconsciously. I talk also about older men/younger women, men and their behaviour in groups, more about male language, and that opposites attract and why that is.
